Public offer

1. Parties and terms

Provider — a sole proprietor (FOP) registered under the laws of Ukraine. The Provider's details are available on request through the manager @goldrezerrv.

User — a person of full legal capacity aged 18 or over who has registered on lock-in.academy and accepted this offer.

Platform — the lock-in.academy website and its web app. Content — video lessons, quizzes, materials and other educational materials on the Platform. Product — a paid scope of access to the Content: “Module 1” or “Workshop”.

2. Acceptance

The offer is accepted by the following actions taken together: registering on the Platform, ticking the required consents on the payment page and paying for the Product. The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance.

By ticking the consents, the User confirms having read this offer, the refund policy, the privacy policy and the risk disclosure, and requests immediate access to the digital content.

3. Subject

The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of personal access to the Content of the chosen Product through the Platform, and the User pays for that access.

The Content is educational only and is not investment, financial or any other individual advice.

4. Price and payment

The Product price is shown on the Platform in US dollars and is fixed when the order is created. Payment is accepted only in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) to the address shown on the order page.

Exchange, wallet and network fees are borne by the User. An order is paid when the full amount has arrived at the stated address and the transfer is confirmed by the network. Underpayment, a transfer on another network or to another address is not proper payment; such cases are reviewed by the manager individually.

Payment for “Module 1” is not credited toward the “Workshop” price. The friend-link discount applies once and only to “Module 1”.

5. Access

Access opens once payment is confirmed: automatically by transaction hash or by the manager from a transfer screenshot. Access to a paid Product is unlimited in time for as long as the Platform operates.

The account is personal. No more than two active sessions are allowed at a time. Sharing access with third parties, joint use of an account, automated extraction of the Content or suspicious activity are grounds for suspending (freezing) access without a refund.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the Content belong to the Provider or its licensors. Copying, recording, downloading outside the Platform, publishing, reselling or otherwise distributing the Content in whole or in part is prohibited.

7. Liability

The User makes trading and investment decisions independently and bears full responsibility for them. The Provider does not guarantee profit or any financial result and is not liable for losses related to applying the knowledge gained.

The Provider's total liability under the agreement is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the relevant Product.

The Provider may carry out maintenance and update the Content while preserving the essence of the paid Product.

8. Refunds

Refund terms and procedure are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of this offer.

9. Changes and governing law

The Provider may amend this offer by publishing a new version on the Platform. Orders already paid are governed by the version in force at the time of payment.

The agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation through the manager and, failing agreement, as provided by Ukrainian law.
